The Banwen and District History Club has been set up to establish a greater awareness of
this area's history and heritage
We endeavour to promote historic activities for local communities and to enhance and
encourage tourism
More events are being planned to bring history to life
St Patrick was reputed to have been born in Banwen - there is a standing stone and plaque in
honour of this famous Welshman
All projects and activities by Banwen and District History Club are dependent on funding -
